About the Role:
We are seeking a CSC Customer Service Rep I to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones for public and internal customers, documenting and dispatching work requests, and assisting in special projects.
Responsibilities:
Proficient in all phone and work request dispatch responsibilities
Monitor environmental alarms and assist with workflow for patient transporters
Lead or participate in projects to support the department
Provide feedback to leadership on process improvements and efficiencies
Handle difficult situations and provide conflict resolution when necessary
Maintain excellent customer service skills
Education Qualification: - High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
