Reliability is Expected, Safety is a Priority, and Hard Work is Rewarded. $2,000 Hiring Sign-on Bonus!! Payrate: $23.76/hr., PLUS incentive paid bi-weekly (avg. incentive $7.55/hour). Rotating 12 hr. shifts, 7am-7pm 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (allowed to float holidays). Conduct preventive maintenance. Perform welding/fabricating. Use hoists, cranes and hand powered tools to dismantle devices and or remove defective parts. Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts using ruler, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. Responsible for communicating stocking needs of parts and supplies.
