MT - Physical Therapist - Community Hospital of Anaconda is seeking a MT licensed Physical Therapist to cover home health and outpatient. Approximately 70 of work for assignment is home health based and the remaining workload 30 is outpatient. Home health experience preferred. Start date 6/3/2024.
Shift:Primarily scheduled 5, 8 hour shifts (Monday - Friday)
