Schedule: Mon-Fri Day Shift

Job Description:

Join our team as a Custom Door Finisher and become part of a dedicated team crafting high-quality custom doors for residential interiors. We are seeking individuals who are versatile, eager to learn, and have a positive attitude. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finishing custom doors for residential interiors, including measuring, grinding, sanding, painting, lifting, and palletizing.
• Operating automated machinery for door finishing processes.
• Installing hardware such as hinges and handles.
• Training on every station to become versatile and proficient in various roles.
• Using hand tools, sanders, drills, and operating machinery for production.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, but experience in carpentry or manufacturing is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the production process.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Good attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to jump into different positions.
• Experience with measuring and carpentry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
