The ideal Controller will have experience working with month end and budgeting, The desired Controller will be someone out of any industry but someone who is a great manager and mentor as culture is very important for this role. This role will manage a team and be in charge of the balance sheet and all the operational accounting and reporting.

- Good leadership and mentoring skills

- Process Improvement experience required
