In this role, you'll have the opportunity to optimize business operations, drive efficiency, and contribute to our success in diverse industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with sales and estimating teams to enhance cost-effectiveness across all platforms.
Prepare insightful reports for management and investors, aiding in strategic decision-making.
Work alongside the OPS Manager to forecast revenue, costs, and industry trends.
Stay updated on industry and market developments to provide strategic insights.
Analyze data to identify business opportunities and streamline processes.
Deliver comprehensive evaluations, proposals, and recommendations to leadership.
Conduct research on processes, organizational structure, and technology.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to improve workflow efficiency.
Support management in achieving company goals through strategic planning.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management principles.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
2+ years of professional experience in analysis or accounting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
