The Judge Group is seeing a Supply Chain Analyst for a manufacturing company in Cullman, Al.
Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Cullman, Al
Salary: $105,000 - $125,000
Responsibilities:
1. Team Coordination and Leadership:
o Define, plan, and coordinate work teams, including cross-functional groups.
o Lead through influence to ensure project timelines are met.
2. Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
o Manage and analyze supply chain and inventory projects.
o Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
o Ensure timely delivery of project objectives, optimal inventory levels, and efficient lead times.
3. Collaborative Project Reviews:
o Conduct collaborative project review meetings.
o Highlight significant updates, assess risks, and develop risk mitigation plans.
o Provide project status updates to key stakeholders.
4. Effective Communication and Adaptability:
o Mobilize and motivate project teams.
o Communicate effectively across teams and groups.
o Reprioritize as needed to address business changes and shifting needs.
5. Ownership and Progress Tracking:
o Manage projects through to completion, ensuring on-time delivery.
o Maintain overall project ownership for assigned projects.
o Develop and track project timelines, communicating critical achievements and risks.
6. Baseline Metrics and Financial Impact:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects.
o Develop baseline financial metrics to document savings from identified initiatives.
7. Stakeholder Engagement:
o Act as the primary point of contact for designated projects.
o Facilitate project update meetings and provide written communication and progress reports to stakeholders.
8. Process Mapping and Risk Management:
o Utilize designated process mapping, tracking, and tools for effective project lifecycle management.
o Align time and resources with business priorities and escalate project risks as needed.
9. Problem Solving and Solution Implementation:
o Address challenges through risk mitigation and contingency planning.
o Present solutions and options to leaders and key stakeholders.
o Ensure effective implementation of solutions and changes.
10. Results-Driven Leadership:
o Deliver project results through strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
o Work directly with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree
2. 4+ years of experience
3. PMP certification preferred
4. Project management experience with Procurement, Production, Supply Planning and Scheduling
5. CPG manufacturing experience a plus
