Customer Service Representative

Great Opportunity to work for a Ag Company. This is a customer service orientated position, but with many important and diverse roles and is considered the “communication hub” of daily operations. Tasks including, but not limited to: utilizing email correspondence, answering phones, processing customer orders, relaying all information back to customers, receptionist tasks, etc. • CSR utilizes Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Slack, and Microsoft programs to complete daily tasks • Individual must be very detail oriented, organized, have excellent time management skills, and thrive in a fast past environment • Individual must be able to acknowledge and prioritize urgent requests from production team, freight department, and customers • Individual must be able to manage communication from many different directions and properly relay information back to the customers • CSR takes and processes all orders received from customers • CSR provides production staff with all necessary information regarding orders and special customer requests • CSR follows up on all orders placed, production ETA’s and updates, customer pricing, phone calls, etc. • CSR communicates with freight department throughout the day to relay all information necessary to ship orders in a timely manner.
