Since 2021, Eminence Home Care is a leading provider of home care services in New Hampshire. We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team of dedicated and compassionate caregivers. As a PCA, you will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide hands-on care to clients in their home. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

What you'll be doing:

-Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
-Assist with mobility including transferring and ambulation.
-Prepare and assist with meals and feeding.
-Provide medication reminders as needed.
-Provide companionship and emotional support.
-Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
-Assist with light housekeeping and run errands as needed.

Compensation: $18 - $21 / hour

Hours: Flexible
