Job Hours - This will be from 7am on Friday to 10p on Monday. The position will require the caregiver to be available to cover any shift that is open during the on call time listed above. The caregiver will not decline a shift during that time period, or will forfeit the on-call position.
Job Pay- The on call caregiver will make a guaranteed salary of $500 per week. Any additional hours above 40 will be paid at the hourly rate of $16/hour.
Job Description- The caregiver will be available and accept all shifts offered during their on call hours. If for any reason there are not open shifts to cover, the on call cargiver may be asked to go and work a training shift with a new caregiver, or assist the Operations/Care Manager with other field tasks.
Vacation and Time off: Time off and vacation time must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the date requested. Call offs due to illness will be monitored and if deemed excessive my management may result in the termination of the caregiver being in the on call position.
