Executive Administrative Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Executive Administrative Assistant. This position is for a temporary full time assignment. It will run through the summer and it's an immediate start.   

 Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 

Location: Palm Desert, Ca 

Pay Range: $24.00

• Day to day operations of the business office
• Administrative support to two staff members 
• Answering phones and fielding questions from members, leaders, staff and vendors. 
• Ordering/Replenishing supplies
• Meeting scheduling, set-ups, catering, etc.
• Conference and event planning 

What’s Needed?

• Executive Assistant experience 
• Proficient in all MS suite software
