My Team ABA is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company that brings a wealth of experience to the field of supporting individuals with autism.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. We are looking for someone to join our leadership team and have the passion to build a team around them. We take pride in our family-centered approach, working closely with caregivers to understand their priorities and develop highly individualized behavior intervention plans.

We warmly welcome additional team members who share our passion for helping individuals with autism and are committed to delivering evidence-based interventions, such as Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments
  • Provide training to parents and staff
  • Collaborate with other members of the team
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Attend professional development activities
  • Supervision of RBTs
  • The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • 5+ years of experience working with children with autism
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
