WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A HEAT PUMP INSTALLER - APPRENTICE

We need someone who is:

• • Previous experience working in HVAC/related industry Or Training at a trade school in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
  • 1+ years of HAVAC Industry experience in the last 5 years is preferred
  • Eager to learn, self-driven, and a hard worker
  • Motivated to grow in value

  You are an ideal fit for this position if you have prior HVAC/related industry experience combined with specialized training from a trade school in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing. However, we are willing to train the right person eager to learn the trade and work hard!

YOUR NEW ROLE

The typical schedule is 10-hour days, four days a week. Plan to start around 6:30 am each day!

Your journey starts by organizing the van and gearing up for the day. You assist seasoned technicians in commercial and residential installations. You learn hands-on skills, from getting familiar with tools to delivering them to the installer lead. You're sure to keep the van and worksite spick and span while engaging in lessons covering welding, specialty tools, and design methodologies.

You help maintain a clean worksite, prepare materials, and aid in tool transportation. Expect to travel to diverse job sites, and make sure to pack your lunch for those energizing breaks. Your role includes retrofitting and replacing water heaters, HVAC equipment, and duct systems, actively contributing to the captivating world of heat pump system installation and maintenance. Every day is an adventure of hands-on learning!
