Willard WI - PRN In Home Care

Job Summary:
Village Caregiving is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN In Home Caregiver to join our team in Willard, Wisconsin. This is a part-time, hourly position providing healthcare and medical support to individuals in need. As a PRN In Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing quality care in accordance with individual care plans and assisting with daily living tasks to help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Compensation & Benefits:
The hourly rate for this position is $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. Pay will be distributed on a semi-monthly basis. Other benefits may be available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health and well-being
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check 
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
