Systems Administrator I - Moses Lake, WA
The Systems Administrator I's role is to ensure proper computer operations so that employees can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving employee help requests. He or she must also coordinate between the company and external vendors regarding IT-related infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and resolve Information Technology related problems for end users. Monitor and log help desk and respond quickly and effectively to tickets. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Manage the deployment of workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades.
- Minimize risk to the business by ensuring a secure client infrastructure.
- Assist with maintaining critical 24/7 manufacturing network and systems infrastructure.
- Assist with the management of cloud and on-premises business systems and document procedures and processes.

Competitive Compensation: This is a non-exempt role and eligible for overtime. The expected pay range for this role is between $31.25-$36.00/hour, although a final salary offer is dependent on the candidate's experience level and skill set.
We're Looking for Someone With:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; or 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience providing help desk support
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Office 365 user management
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with infrastructure support, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with printer hardware support
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Primarily an office environment within manufacturing facilities, and occasionally in the manufacturing environment near machinery and heavy equipment.
- Ability to view computer monitor at close distance for extended periods of time
- Occasionally move or lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasional travel of up to 10%
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing
- Consistently speaking with people via email, in-person, or phone
This position is onsite in Moses Lake, Washington. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
