CSR - Counter Sales

Affordable Auto Glass of Houston, TX is actively pursuing a highly motivated, energetic candidate for our full-time CSR - Counter Sales role who can be a strong first point-of-contact for our customers and match our products to their needs in order to provide top-notch customer service. We offer our CSR - Counter Sales a competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn 40-52,000/yr, depending on experience and drive, as well as paid holidays, and overtime availability!

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AT THE SALES COUNTER

Each and every day, you use your charisma to increase sales and average order size by cross-selling, up-selling, promoting add-on sales, and offering promotional as well as new products. Your welcoming demeanor and sales savviness help assist you in surpassing sales goals. By following ethical standards and complying with company policies you help ensure the 100% satisfaction of our clients!

You use your extraordinary problem-solving skills to resolve any problems that arise with sales or service. You love chatting with people and make personal connections easily, ensuring that every customer feels valued. You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service both at the counter and over the phone. You love that you get to interact with people every day and help them see clearer through our affordable window and windshield services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic Computer skills including Microsoft Office and general data entry
• Professional phone skills
• Customer service experience
• Be able to answer 200 - 300 phone calls a day
• Being able to multitask
• Bi-lingual preferred

WORK SCHEDULE

Our CSR - Counter Sales typically works Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:30 PM. Driven by sales, they understand that Saturday's are an important day to work from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.
