Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer working full time in a REMOTE position to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients. This being a remote position, the person will work primarily from home and will also need to go onsite to a client's office as needed for hands on work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, software, networking, cloud, & security
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware, software, and other IT improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or related fields (3 years preferred)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
