Job Description – Heart of House (Kitchen)

Our kitchen staff is truly the heart of our restaurant. Some of the possible roles include: fresh produce prep, preparing fresh salads, breading fresh chicken, cooking and grilling chicken, assembling sandwiches, cooking waffle fries, baking biscuits and more.

The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Competitive Pay

Along with a competitive paycheck, you will work in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable business and people skills. We start our full-time kitchen and part-time availability starts at $20.00. We say starting because we have tremendous opportunities for personal, professional, and financial development. Team Leaders (Shift Leads) earn $22/hour with Directors and Restaurant Leaders earning even more.
