Line Cook

Summary of Position:

The Line Cook will be responsible for assisting the back-of-house team with preparing ingredients and food items, executing ticket orders in a timely manner, organizing the kitchen by managing a designated station on the line, and maintaining an overall clean and sanitized work environment.

Job Type: Part-time or full-time hours are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all food items according to recipes and prep lists.
• Adhere to proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain proper rotation of food to ensure top quality and freshness.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Desire to demonstrate professionalism and hospitality while working in an open kitchen.

Qualifications:

• One to three years of line or prep cook experience preferred,
• Familiarity with industry best practices.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
