Job Description
Drumright Nursing Home is seeking applications for a Director of Nursing.
The Director of Nursing will oversee the nursing staff and overall nursing operations of the facility.
Their duties will include, evaluating and directing all nursing employees.
They should be able to establish goals and enforcing compliant healthcare policies.
The Director of Nursing will assume fiscal responsibility of the nursing department.
They will serve as the liaison with medical staff and other personnel.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills including the ability to inspire and motivate staff, and effective communication skills.
