We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our production team as an entry-level production worker. In this role, you will assist with the production process, ensuring the highest quality of our products. You will also be responsible for following safety protocols and maintaining production standards. If you have strong attention to detail and are a team player, this is the perfect opportunity for you to learn and grow in the production industry.

Manufacturing/Production Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and adjust the production process as required

• Monitor machinery for any issues and alert the appropriate personnel

• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment

• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed

• Assist in the setup of production lines

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials

• Monitor and record production data as required

• Assist with the quality control of products

• Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors

• Document production information accurately

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Manufacturing/Production Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to follow instructions precisely

• Good organizational skills

• Good problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work with a team

• Must be punctual and reliable

• Basic computer skills
