Experience:

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Additional Details:

This facility will not be utilizing travel clinicians from agencies if they reside within a 50 mile radius of the Riedman Campus (100 Kings Highway South Rochester, NY).

D/N Rotate Shift

AHA Certifications Required: LVAD

Must have cardiac surgical experience.

Expected to work every other weekend.

Pre/post cardiac surgery, post VAD, thoracic surgery.

Chest Tubes, Biphasic Defibrillator, Restraints, G-Tube/PEG Tube, Art lines, Central lines, Thoracotomy Procedures, Blood product Administration. Night shift may have orientation shifts on days.

Guaranteed Hours : 36

Maximum days off: 7 days
