Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.

• 12 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required to apply. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

E/O weekend required

Min 1yr in Tele exp required

Travelers float first

Insulin drips, cardiac drips, starting IV’s, post cardiac cath.

Sunday to Saturday;Orientations on e/o Monday

No work hours with gaps over 30 days w/o explanation can be submitted

Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended

No block schedules for any reason, vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
