Our client in the automotive supply chain industry is seeking a Document Control Clerk to join their team for 6-month assignment. As a Document Control Clerk, you will be part of the Quality Department.  The ideal candidate will have effective written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented and have excellent organization skills which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title:  Document Control Clerk

Location:  Forest, VA

Pay Range:  $17-$18 per hour

 

What’s the Job?

  • Assist in implementing a document control system for a manufacturing company
  • Take an accurate inventory of department documents
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to keep inventory records, work instructions and forms that need to go into document control and determine what needs to be archived
  • Assist with entering data into templates, assign document control numbers, secure document approvals then communicate new/updated document location to all parties

 

What’s Needed?

  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Administrative skills and experience
  • Previous experience with document control activities preferred

 

What’s in it for me?

  • 6 month assignment to build resume
  • Pay rate of $17-$18 per hour, based on experience
  • Day shift hours working 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
