Vista Valencia Cart/Range Attendant
Job highlights and Qualifications
Qualifications to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

High School Diploma required
Certifications / Licenses: Valid Driver's License Required
The ability to operate the following equipment is required: golf cart, golf ball picker, ball washer, and ball dispenser, pressure washer, golf car jack
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to communicate with members and guests
The employee must lift and /or move up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
Responsibilities
Providing a safe, clean, and stocked golf cart for our members and guests
Maintaining the facility conditions and equipment in a neat and orderly manner
Support the golf operations by providing strong customer service for our member and guests
Daily washing of golf cars, stocking with amenities (scorecard, tees, cooler, etc.), and staging the cart or parking in facility
Daily detailing of cart(s) per supervisors instruction
Plugging in after peak load times to electricity or unplugging and rolling up the cord
Inspecting golf car as it is be taken out or after a round to check for the mechanical soundness of the golf cart
Managing the proper level of range balls: including golf ball collection, cleaning, and delivery
Daily range set-up: including rotation of mats, lights are functioning properly, tee alignment, replacement of clean water in club cleaner, and sanitation removal, empty trash at range and around clubhouse.
Maintaining equipment: including gas and oil for tractor, greases fittings, and clean water for ball washer
Special projects: including perimeter golf ball picking, culling of cracked or damaged range balls, etc.
Fielding customer service issues and directing them to supervisor
Cheerfully greet members guests as they approach cart staging area, offering assistance answering any relevant questions
Promptly load/unload golf bags onto or off of the cart (if riding)
Stage, maintain cleanliness a readiness for all golf carts,
Respond to bag drop area ASAP
Routinely check clean cart staging area, empty trash cans, pick up range baskets, turn on and off range lights, close / lock gates.
