We are seeking a General Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who is determined to achieve success by building professional relationships with customers and the community for the overall growth and profitability of the dealership. From showcasing attractive vehicle presentations to driving professional sales and collection efforts, General Managers lead their team to deliver exceptional business results. What’s In It For You?

• Top Performers earn an average of $65,000
• Pay includes base salary and incentives based on collection rates and sales performance
• No Sunday or late-night retail hours. Dealerships are open 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-4 pm Saturdays.
• General Managers are awarded 3 Flex Days per month

The Specifics:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of successful operations or leadership experience
• A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violation within the last 3 years
• Proficient computer skills
