Description

Field Dispatchers play a critical role in the smooth operation of field activities. They are responsible for dispatching work assignments, ensuring compliance with scheduling, and maintaining effective communication with both transportation supervision and operations specialists. Field Dispatchers also play a key role in ensuring the timely completion of assignments and providing primary phone and Google Voice coverage.

What you'll do:

Work Assignment Dispatch: Dispatch work assignments to field personnel, ensuring they are properly allocated and executed.
Late Board Compliance: Drive compliance with the schedule by monitoring and addressing late board issues promptly.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with transportation supervision to ensure drivers execute assignments successfully.
Task Completion: Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed and marked as finished daily.
Operations Support: Communicate effectively with operations specialists to support their needs and maintain seamless field operations.
Phone and Google Voice Coverage: Provide primary phone and Google Voice coverage, being the main point of contact for communication.

What you'll have:

Ability to handle staggered start times and hourly dispatch requirements effectively.
Strong organizational skills to manage and dispatch work assignments efficiently.
Attention to detail and time management skills to monitor and address late board compliance.
Effective communication skills to interact with transportation supervision and operations specialists.
Proactive and responsive approach to ensure timely task completion.
Proficiency in using phone and Google Voice for communication purposes.
