Job Description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a Middlebury manufacturing facility is seeking motivated candidates to add to their production team. These positions may include production line work on a paint line system, assembly and machine operation.

Production Job Summary:

2nd shift – 2:30pm-11pm
Pay $18.42/hr
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and repetitive motion.
Job rotation throughout shift. Must be flexible to working in a variety of roles throughout the day.

Production Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
Reliable attendance
Good communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
