Make a lasting impact in patients' lives and join our collaborative work environment as a Family Nurse Practitioner! You will have the opportunity to provide care to the underserved in our communities while practicing a wide scope family medicine with a multi-disciplinary approach.

Salary: $127,900.00 - $159,900.00 full time annual salary.

Higher compensation may be available for a candidate with advanced skills directly related to the applied for role.

Schedule: Tuesday 1pm-5pm and Wednesday - Friday 8am-5pm

***Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved***

Benefit Highlights (May be prorated for Part Time):

Job Duties:

  • Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting
  • Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments


  • 5+ years outpatient experience.
  • Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Board Certified.
  • Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved
