As a Dietary Aide at The Meadows of Wadena you will enjoy a meaningful and rewarding position while playing a critical role in the lives of our seniors. You will be a part of a team that is enriching the lives of seniors and helping to make their day brighter.
Dietary Aides assist with dining room set-up and clean-up and assist with meal preparation and distribution. You will also help to maintain the kitchen and dining room areas are clean and organized. In all tasks you will adhere to appropriate safety, food safety, and sanitation techniques and requirements.
Shift/Hours
In addition to knowing you are making a difference in the lives of our seniors; benefits include paid time off and a retirement plan for everyone!
Pay rate: $14.20
While previous experience is welcome, it isn't required as we provide all of the training you will need to be successful in this position!
Because dietary staff play an important role in our meal services, it is critical that our employees work as scheduled, and provide appropriate notice and shift replacement when they can't.
In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
All employees must pass a criminal background study as determined solely by the State of Minnesota. We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
