Are you a motivated, self-starter who has experience within the marketing and/or commercial vehicle field? Pritchard Commercial is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Director of Commercial Marketing.

Job Summary

As the Director of Commercial Marketing, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of research, planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives to enhance the presence and impact of Pritchard Commercial Vehicles. Your role aims to drive awareness and distinguish Pritchard’s from the competition. You are creative minded, analytically rigorous, and results oriented, continually seeking new and effective ways to reach customers. This position is considered as a subject matter expert or senior level contributor role.

 

Responsibilities

· Work cross-functionally between the Marketing and Commercial Vehicle Sales Teams.

· Conduct user research and analysis through interviews, surveys, and other methods to better improve our understanding of our brand, product offerings, and our marketing personas.

· Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to existing customers and prospects.

· Participate in customer meetings with sales team, identifying opportunities to further business footprint nationwide.

· Execute and oversee marketing campaigns across diverse channels.

· Strategize, generate, and publish content to enhance the online and social media footprint of the Commercial team.

· Plan and coordinate participation in events and trade shows, including promotional activities.

· Evaluate campaign effectiveness through the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.

· Leverage CRM to develop insights that influence marketing strategy enhancing the Pritchard value proposition.

· Establish and maintain regular meetings with the sales team to address the distinctive requirements of Pritchard Commercial customers and target market.

· Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

· Develop effective product positioning and messaging to drive customer interest and revenue.

· Establish relationships with key stakeholders such as vendors, suppliers, distributors, and industry partners to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications

· Proven history of creating effective marketing programs with measurable results.

· Excellent time management, project management and prioritization skills.

· Strong communication skills and highly collaborative.

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

· Preference for automotive/commercial vehicle/OEM marketing experience.

· Proficiency in utilizing marketing data analysis and reporting tools and techniques.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
