We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. The Director of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing Human Resource strategies that align with our business objectives and values. This position will be primarily focused on recruitment, employee retention, enhancing job satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. HR Director Responsibilities

· Collaborate with senior leadership to align retention and recruitment strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

· Lead and manage recruitment initiatives, including the development and implementation of best practices for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding across all locations.

· Monitor industry trends and communicate challenges and opportunities related to retention and recruitment to General Managers.

· Facilitate continuous improvement by communicating and implementing updated human resources policies and procedures to all staff members.

· Provide guidance and support to General Managers in handling progressive discipline and termination processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.

· Administer or oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, FMLA, OSHA compliance, stay interviews, and training and development programs.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and updates.

· Manage staff wellness initiatives and conduct performance reviews to foster employee engagement and development.

· Design and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, aligning with organizational needs and objectives.





HR Director Requirements:

· Demonstrated experience in manufacturing or service industries, specifically working with highly specialized Trade employees.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.

· In-depth knowledge of Federal and State employment-related labor laws and business requirements.

· Proactive attitude towards staying updated on evolving labor laws and regulations. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly and effectively in challenging situations.

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.

· Preferred certification: SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional).

· A minimum of ten years of progressive experience in HR management roles.
