BrightKey is currently looking to grow their team at their Annapolis Junction, MD location (near Columbia/Jessup MD). We are looking for Call Center Professionals with at least one year or experience in professional customer service, preferably in a call center environment. In this the Call Center Professional role, you will contribute to our company's success and your career growth!

- On-site, First shift, Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week

- Starting pay is $19.00 per hour

Requested Experience:
- Experience in a professional call center environment
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to interact and communicate in a positive and upbeat manner
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Handling inbound calls from customers to address their needs, questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Resolve any customer complaints or problems and offer assistance to reach a positive conclusion to the customer interaction.
- Provide accurate documentation by utilizing systems and software to record the customer interactions.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least on year of experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
- Proficient in computer programs including Word and Excel
