Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT Home Health

Shift: Variable Days, 9.5x4, 38 hrs per week, M-F, No Weekends or Holidays needed

Length: 13 Weeks

38's with up to 40 as needed

Requirements:
  • WI License
  • 1 year experience
  • Home Health experience
  • Training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis
  • Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards and practices acquired through a minimum of a Masters degree in Physical Therapy
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • AHA BLS
Others:
  • Charting/Equipment: NetSmart EMR
  • Would take pending License

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
