Shift: Days/ 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- WA is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience
- BLS
- Oasis is preferred

Home Health PT
