ABOUT THE ROLE
Expert level product knowledge in Window Department offerings including Alliance, Anderson and Lindsay
Attention to detail and excellent communication
Quote assistance
Must be comfortable with computers
Vendor specific installation methods, warranties and service policies/procedures.
High level understanding of basic construction methods.
Visit jobsites to take measurements
Work closely with sales team to maximize each account's potential.
Explore opportunities to elevate builders to new categories and to make them more profitable.
Work directly with the builder/homeowner during product selections when possible.
Use your skills and confidence to become a valued and trusted consultant.
Work closely with vendors and their representatives on training, builder conversation, service work and price negotiation.
Become an expert on competitive products and specifically the differences between "us and them".
Ensure that service issues are addressed within 48 hours. "48 hour solution resolution"
Answer customer service phone calls and assist walk-in customers with a smile!
As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members
