Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Greenfield, CA. This is a full-time position, with hours per day set at 8 and days per week set at 5. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with a caseload of 55 students ranging in age from PreK to 8, across five school sites.

Responsibilities: As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services to students with communication disorders. Your duties may include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Developing individualized treatment plans and goals
- Providing direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in academic and social settings
- Monitoring and documenting students' progress
- Providing guidance and recommendations for accommodations and strategies to support students' communication needs
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to speech and language services in education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
