Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

School: Elementary School (Pre School - 5th Grade)

Student Population: Approximately 55 students

Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in our elementary school, serving students from Pre School to 5th Grade. We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide exceptional speech and language services in a supportive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both in groups and one-on-one
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in the state of Washington
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
