Position Summary:
RLM Underground seeks an organized and experienced Office Support Specialist for our Morris, Illinois office. The Office Support Specialist will be responsible for keeping the office in order, have good phone etiquette and be able to help all personnel when needed. The Office Support Specialist must be knowledgeable in MS Office, Google docs, and Adobe Acrobat. The ideal candidate will have solid tenure with previous employers and the ability to manage a fluctuating work load. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and transfer incoming phone calls, maintain and order office supplies.
- Scan and make copies.
- Effectively communicate on a daily basis.
- Monitor employee apparel and notify office manager when getting low.
- Process any locates for JULIE Illinois 1 Call (811) when needed.
- Might be responsible for some AR.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Assist with other office support duties for both field and business office personnel as requested.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $17 - $20 per hour depending on experience
Requirements:Qualifications
- Proven experience with MS Office, Google docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in an office setting.
- Must be a team player and able to maintain a positive attitude.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail in entering, maintaining, and analyzing data.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
