Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented New Home Sales Agent to showcase our communities and help buyers find their next dream home. Strength of character, leadership, and ambition carry more weight in our selection process than industry experience.
A Real Estate License and past manufactured home sales experience are not required, but one or the other is preferred.
Skytex Homes is a manufactured home retailer specializing in selling new homes in new subdivisions (primarily in Atascosa and Wilson counties) where we may have 10-75+ lots to sell homes on. This position is for an on-site sales position that represents us in and travels between a few of our communities south of San Antonio as well as helping buyers who already own their land elsewhere with the purchase of a new home through us.

Compensation:$40,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Support and learn from other sales team members to help establish your own prosperous and long-term real estate career
- Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals
- Provide potential home buyers with home features and community amenities to aid in their decision making process
- Track all phone, email and CRM interactions with prospective clients to help ensure monthly sales goals are being met
- Able to be present at new home communities 5 days a week so potential buyers have ample time to tour homes
- A successful and proven sales history
- Knowledge of the local Real Estate market preferred
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships
