Department: Food and Beverage

Reports To: Food and Beverage Manager

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Summary:

The Host is responsible for greeting guests and seating them at their tables. They must be able to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive dining experience. They must also be able to work quickly and efficiently, and they must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and seat them at their tables.
• Take reservation information.
• Answer questions about the menu and the restaurant.
• Keep the waiting area clean and organized.
• Assist servers with other tasks, such as carrying food and beverages to tables.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures (preferred)

This position is full-time or part-time and may require evening and weekend work.
