Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to promote our insurance products.

Needs Assessment: Understand each client's unique insurance needs through effective questioning and active listening.

Solution Presentation: Present insurance options to clients, explaining coverage details and benefits.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or questions.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.


Requirements

Insurance License: Possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service highly recommended, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present insurance options.

Result-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.

Customer-Focused: Ability to prioritize customer needs and provide exceptional service and support.

Professionalism: Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions.
