Behavioral Health Care Manager/Peer Support Specialist

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center is currently accepting applications for a full time Behavioral Health Case Manager/Peer Support Specialist at our Eureka Springs clinic. The Case Manager works as part of the behavioral health team and provides care management duties to assess, plan and coordinate aspects of behavioral health and/or substance use disorders by supporting patients to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness by guiding patients/families with appropriate resources.  

Qualifications and Desired Skills include:

High School Diploma or equivient; peer support certification; must be willing to travel.
