As a Trim Installer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our interior trim division in residential and commercial construction. Your contributions will be valued as part of our commitment to delivering superior craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install trim materials precisely on newly constructed residential properties.
• Safely operate power tools and equipment, following safety protocols.
• Apply finishing techniques to trim materials for a polished appearance.
• Inspect trim materials for defects before installation to ensure quality workmanship.
• Mentor apprentice installers to promote skill development and teamwork.
• Communicate progress and address challenges with foremen and project coordinator effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trim installation.
• Experience working in residential construction.
• Experience with trim in floors, walls, and more.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable with a positive attitude.
• Must have own car and tools.
• Must possess basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Bilingualism would be an asset (English and French).
