Looking For A Tutor

My son is a super kid.. he is friendly outgoing, fun active and polite but he is failing every subject. Its do to missing homework and although I tell him to bring it home I have no time to go through every subject. He just forgets to do his work. I need help with getting him to do his work. If someone sits down and helps him he gets it done but I have five kids and they are all in sports so time is limited for me. He wont be able to play football next year if he fails this trimester so I need help!
