CLINICAL LIAISON SOUTH SHORE

Integritus Healthcare is a long-term Care, Senior Living, and Housing company located in the Berkshires with locations throughout Massachusetts. This position has a competitive salary as well as a prime benefit package. This is a remote position.

DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Primarily responsible for referral source and census development for Integritus Healthcare facilities including the development of effective business partnerships with facility-based teams and key accounts creating partnerships that create and sustain referral results.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum qualifications) – will be considered required unless specifically stated otherwise)

1. 
   Experience: Successful experience of 2-5 years in a healthcare setting or healthcare sales setting, preferably LTC related
2. 
   Education and Training: (Acquired through formal education, outside study, training on jobs of lesser degree, or by any combination of these. May be expressed in terms of formal educational equivalents): BS or MSW Social Work, LPN, RN or BSN, with 2 - 5 years working experience in long term care.
3. 
   License, Certification & Registration: Current license as RN, BSN, LPN or Social Worker required.
4. 
   Other Requirements: Experience in sales or business development, a basic understanding of commercial insurance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. Referral Coordination Basic computer experience with Microsoft.
