EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Regular, Full-time/Part-Time

WORK HOURS: 15-40 hours per week. Days, Evenings, Weekends & schedules vary.

PAY RANGE: $18.30 - $21.00 per hour including tips

SUMMARY

As a SkinnyFATS Front of House employee, you will be the face of your shop and the entire Skinny Fats nation. You will assist customers in the ordering process and provide suggestions for undecided guests as well as expo food and provide lobby support to maintain shop cleanliness. You will engage with the people around you in a positive way and care about your team, your shop, and your customers.

Serving

• Control the food flow from the kitchen to the delivery
• Verify food orders for consistency
• Organize orders for table deployment
• Run food to tables
• Check-in on guests to ensure their experience meets SkinnyFats expectations

Cleanliness

• Keep customer service areas clean and sanitized.
• Clean tables and chairs in the dining area
• Clear tables as guests finish their dining experience
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Clean as you go. Clean after each project. Complete assigned detail cleaning and side work projects.
• Stock food products.

Requirements

• Required: 1 year of recent customer service experience
• Preferred: 3-6 months cash operating experience
• Demonstrate integrity
• Demonstrate self-direction
• Ability to follow oral and written instruction
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully to employees and customers
• Ability to work with diverse teams and culture
• Food safety/handling as required by the state
• Must operate equipment safely
• Legally able to serve alcohol

Working Conditions

• Late-night availability is a plus
• Ability to work well under physically and mentally stressful situations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to have reliable transportation
• Access to a smartphone
• Stamina to work a 10-hour shift
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to bend, reach, and maneuver in tight workspaces
• Ability to handle a variety of foods including meat, cheese, bread, sauces, and vegetables
• Overtime may be required
