Staging Yard Technician

Providence Staffing is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Staging Yard Technician for a construction client specializing in mobile home staging in Wallace, NC. This role involves assisting the Field Inspector Manager and Yard Supervisor in various tasks, primarily focusing on maintaining mobile homes, organizing the staging yard, and transporting materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transporting materials from retail vendors and suppliers to the mobile home staging yard.

- Efficient organization and maintenance of the staging yard.

- Assisting the Yard Supervisor with daily operations, including inspecting and maintaining mobile homes.

- Loading, unloading, and moving materials within the staging yard.

- Carrying out additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Possession of a personal truck and willingness to use it for material transportation (mileage reimbursement available).

- An acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

- A high school diploma or its equivalent.

- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

Compensation:

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $31,000 to $41,600 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
