Role
As a Human Resource Manager (also known as HR Manager, Personnel Manager), you'll provide strategic and tactical HR leadership, contribute to business goals, solve problems, and implement company-wide HR projects. You'll interpret and enforce HR policies, counsel management on associate relations, manage recruitment and hiring, oversee worker compensation programs, and supervise the HR department.
