Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll play a pivotal role in managing production activities in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Your responsibilities will encompass leadership, technical oversight, safety management, and effective communication. You'll plan and control production, take on line responsibilities, lead and develop the production team, monitor daily production activities, drive quality and productivity goals, and handle personnel issues.

• High school diploma or GED required; an AA degree or higher is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing plant, ideally supervising a medium-sized hourly team (20 or more).
• Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting experience in electrical and mechanical equipment, ideally with knowledge of chemical processes.
